Hyderabad, March 8: The 13th edition of CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show has kickstarted at Hitex Exhibition Centre on Friday morning. On the occasion, the CREDAI Hyderabad members lauded the Congress government's various initiatives in boosing the infrastructure in Hyderabad during the last 100 days.
V Rajashekhar Reddy, President, CREDAI Hyderabad, said: "The real estate sector in Hyderabad has been vibrant and witnessing continuous growth across residential, commercial and retail real estate. In February, the state registered a 21 per cent rise in number of properties registered and a 42 per cent increase in the value of assets registered as compared to last year. This clearly indicates the confidence in the real estate sector in the state across segments."

The buoyancy in demand is likely to continue with a stable government under the dynamic leadership of Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy, who has a clear vision for the sustainable development of the city and the State. We can get the glimpses of his vision through The Mega Master Plan 2050 announced by the CM, that promises a transformative dispersed development of the state across urban, semi-urban, and rural sectors ensuring widespread development," he said.
Rajashekar Reddy further said, "The plan on the drawing board for a unified greater city corporation with inclusion of seven municipal corporations and 30 municipalities within HMDA, when implemented will provide a major impetus to growth and infrastructure development facilitating massive growth across the city. The proposed ‘Musi Corridor’ will also elevate the tourist appeal of the city and create avenues for employment. With his efforts, the CM has managed the defense ministry approval to build two elevated corridor projects to ease traffic congestion in Secundrabad, JBS route and encourage rapid development of this region."
"Several other initiatives are on the anvil to improve the infrastructure and quality of life of people in the city. With sustained efforts on elevating ‘Brand Hyderabad’ the city will continue to attract fresh investments, creating more jobs and helping boost the real estate in the city,” he added.
